This is just a short list of the non-GBC activities that Gerritsen Beach Cares has been involved with in some way either through funding, coordination or sponsorship in the past year: -Provided Sound and Clean Up for GBPOA Tree Lighting -Provided Sound for VFW Memorial Day Parade -Provided Sound for VFW Veterans Day Ceremony -Provided Sound, Tents and Candles for K of C September 11th Ceremony -Provided Tents for Cort Club Block Party -Provided Tents, Coolers and Transportation for Women's Softball Breast Cancer Fundraiser -Provided Flowers, Clean-Up and Supplies for GBPOA Community Garden -Provided Tents and Flowers for K of C Squires Flower Sale -Provided Transportation for K of C Fourth of July Parade -Provided Transportation for various trips for GB Marching Band -Assisted in securing space for the AA meetings at AOH -Assisted in Clearing out Resurrection School after rental of space -Provided Storage Container and Projector for Resurrection Sports Association -Provided Tree Removal for St James Parish -Field Maintenance for GB Little League -Field Maintenance for All American Soccer -Inflatable Rides for Kiddie Beach Opening Day Parade -Clean-Up and Maintenance of Vollies Hall This is just a short list, as there were, are and continue to be other events that we support in some way.
